  " Our Real Estate agent introduced us to the Jones Brothers in September 2004. After several discussions concerning type of building and positioning of a home on the lot we had chosen, we were very comfortable with their knowledge and capabilities. They assisted us in developing plans for our new home with the help of a local drafting company. Our daughter, who lives with us, is confined to a wheelchair so we had many special needs to accommodate. Richard listened to our needs and immediately understood what we needed. After development of the plans, we entered into a cost plus agreement to begin construction of our new home in November of 2004 with a target for occupancy in May of 2005. "
